Absolute Ceiling and Wall Solution is a combination of enzymes in a solution of emulsifiers, surfactants, wetting agents, optic brighteners, anti-rust inhibitors and cleaners, that produce a safe non-toxic, non-caustic, biodegradable cleaning solution. The solution safely cleans the discoloration on ceilings and walls caused by layers of soil pollutants bonded to the surface by amino and fatty acids. On porous surfaces, the enzyme eliminates the amino and fatty acids(bonders), and the cleaning agents break down the soils and films into particles so small, that they are reverted back to the atmosphere, never to soil again. On non-porous and semi-porous surfaces, the solution breaks the soils and films into fine beads and droplets that are sponged or wet vacuumed off the surface. This is an excellent wet clean system for hospitals and restaurants. The Solution at Work
Each gallon of solution is comprised of one each 10 oz container of enzyme detergent and activator. One unit of the detergent and activator is mixed with a gallon of warm tap water, and is capable of treating 375-500 sq ft, depending on degree of soil. For commercial applications, the cleaning process utilizes a low pressure electric sprayer, applied from the floor if the ceiling is of normal height. If the ceilings are higher than 10', extension poles may be necessary to reach those areas. For residential applications, either an electric or pump-up sprayer can be utilized. In either case, all loose soil on the ceilings should be removed first, using a soft bristle brush, before the solution is applied. Wiping need only be done to non-porous ceiling tiles, grid system and/or surface fixtures. The cleaning solution is packed in cases of 4 complete units, and is available as shown below:

When properly used, Absolute Ceiling and Wall Solution is guaranteed not to harm synthetic drapes, carpets or furniture. When mixed it is a non-toxic, non-caustic, biodegradable, odorless solution which contains no bleach or heavy oxidizers. Many maintenance dollars can be saved by effectively cleaning ceilings and walls, rather than replacing the surface. In instances where a ceiling surface may not be cleaned, it can be beautifully restored with Absolute Acousta-Colors .
